Feels out of place<\/span><\/p>\n

Inside my lungs, it is a stranger<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What has become of<\/span><\/p>\n

The inhabitants<\/span><\/p>\n

Which I thought I knew?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Nothing could\u2019ve prepared<\/span><\/p>\n

My mind, my body<\/span><\/p>\n

For this upheaval\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Guttural<\/span><\/p>\n

Inconceivable<\/span><\/p>\n

Quaking<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the now fractured life<\/span><\/p>\n

I stubbornly live<\/span><\/p>\n

My arms crave a rope<\/span><\/p>\n

My feet, solid ground\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Unsatisfied is the word<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This bizarre, unsatisfying abode<\/span><\/p>\n

Which I once called home<\/span><\/p>\n

Is now alien<\/span><\/p>\n

With a peculiar look<\/span><\/p>\n

And paint laced with difference\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Will things return<\/span><\/p>\n

To the gaps in my head?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Will I find peace<\/span><\/p>\n

And solace in the disruption?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Nothing will take its original form<\/span><\/p>\n

The form has shifted<\/span><\/p>\n

The feeling has shifted\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

My perception has crossed<\/span><\/p>\n

Into a foreign land<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Unbeknownst to me<\/span><\/p>\n

This is only the beginning\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
