The Diag corner canopies now filled with<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reds, yellows, and pinks budding<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even as the sun hides behind<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The walls of windswept clouds<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As the day goes on<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rain turning to mist turning to<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fog that covers the entire street below<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I still think my windowsill garden<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Growing each day with<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spiral-potted sprouting succulents<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Orchids in an amanita green glass vase<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mushrooms resting dormant<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And chamomile seeds yet to split<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Will carry on<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I got a real rose from a paper garden<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As my goodbye from the theatre<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And until I find a vase<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I improvise with plastic<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And a good bit of tap water<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But I think it holds up well<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because this garden is far more<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stumbling than sowing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But in the end, I still think it grows<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And more often than not<\/p>\n\n\n\n
