Over the summer, we held a "Second Chance" photo competition featuring
submissions from our 2016-2017 As I See It Photo Competitions. The winner
of this competition was a photo by Peiyuan Li, Graduate Student in
Environmental Engineering. "Dancing Lights," was taken on the Tanana
River in Arkansas. Look below to see the other finalists! Thank you
