The Alternate Reality Initiative (ARI)

The Alternate Reality Initiative (ARI) is a student organization at the University of Michigan centered around virtual, augmented, and mixed reality technology. After seeing a lack of a centralized community, we created ARI to provide a hub and community for students interested in XR technology.

Dialogue, Dance, and Decompress

Dialogue, Dance, and Decompress will function as a versatile platform, welcoming students from diverse backgrounds to share their stories and experiences. It will offer a unique combination of dance and discussion sessions, fostering a vibrant community. In particular, these sessions will explore the impact of colonial and imperial history on current cultures and perspectives. Participating in the organization's activities will offer students a valuable outlet for reducing stress and enhancing their mental health through creative expression and supportive dialogue.

Armenian Students Cultural Association

The Armenian Students Cultural Association aims to unite Armenian students, and students interested in Armenian culture, here at the University of Michigan. They practice and promote their culture by organizing educational, cultural, social and fundraising events. They also work closely with the Armenian Studies Program to provide educational and cultural opportunities for their members. They will be hosting their event, Hye Hop, on February 1 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the Michigan League Ballroom!
