Architecture of Study Spaces

What kind of spaces do you like to study in? An enclosed, quiet room? Or do you need to have a ton of space and some noise around you, in order to study well?? Studies say the best study areas are neat, sanitary, and have little to no noise distractions. What do you think of this claim? Share your thoughts!
