TOLAROIDS: Doors

Today’s post features one of my favorite subjects to photograph around the world: doors. I don’t quite know why, it’s just very interesting and can tell a lot about a given place.

Rabat, Morocco – in the middle of a market in medina

Potsdam, Germany – door to an old “mosque-style” pump house for the palace complex

Kosice, Slovakia – a train stop for Alpinka

London, England – A “Notting Hill” movie door in Notting Hill

London, England – a street in Notting Hill famous for “Love Actually”

Argentiera in Sicily, Italy – a ghost town

Tola is a young photographer from Krakow, Poland. She transferred to the University of Michigan in Fall 2021 from Royal Holloway, University of London, to double-major in Biopsychology, Cognition & Neuroscience and Classical Archaeology.
