Milo and Kira are accompanied by Dr. Claymore (the tall, middle-aged man on the left with the sunglasses who helped Kira’s artificial eye transplant), Dr. Harper (the woman on the right with short hair and arms crossed), and Bones the guard dog; the three together run the hidden underground base of SALV. Milo holds Ed’s remains, as the crew discusses what to do next.
Meanwhile Earth is being taken over by Ingenium’s parasitic robots, Khaos (the spaceship) continues to drift away into space. Ingenium stands beside a mysterious bandaged figure, gently taking care of it. Zero watches from a distance, as the ship prepares to head towards another destination.

Attempting to defeat all of the evil SALVs alone, Ed is left with no choice but to implement Mission 143 to save Milo. Mission 143 is when the SALV sacrifices its body for its human to use as a suit made with material that no easy weapon can cut through. Because of the inseparable bond Ed and Milo has, Ed successfully executes Mission 143, defending Milo by giving up his body, only being left with some remaining fragments. Milo is now disguised as a cyborg.

Voz (real name Vy) is a talented young illustrator and designer from Seattle. Her artwork is inspired by Japanese animation, fashion, tattoos, and pop culture.
Voz’s cute, clean, and stylish illustrations are so thoughtfully composed, such as her Shoebox Village series, which takes popular shoebox designs and turns them into eclectic storefronts–for example, Nike SB transforms into a tiny 7-Eleven surrounded by cherry blossoms. Another notable project is a set of Black Lives Matter stickers, which Voz designed to raise funds for Color of Change and the Black Trans Travel Fund. Her other illustrations depict unique, vibrant characters, and include experiments with streetwear, tattoo commissions, and more.
There’s something so dynamic and perfectly timely about Voz’s work. Her colorful prints wonderfully capture a sense of individuality and youth that can’t easily be described in words. If you take a look at her personal Instagram account, you’ll be wowed with her laid-back, effortlessly cool fashion aesthetic that informs her work.
Take a look for yourself. Grab a sticker pack or some delightful prints at her shop. As Voz says, it’s always a good time to “add some drip to your home.”
*This is also my last post for arts, ink. as I am graduating this May. It’s been a great three years writing about arts and culture. That’s all, folks!
+KHAOS+ EP.22: BACK ON EARTH, HUMANITY’S GREATEST NIGHTMARE
+KHAOS+ EP.22: BACK ON EARTH, HUMANITY’S GREATEST NIGHTMARE
Milo, Kira, and Ed barely made it back to earth, only to find every SALV standing getting taken over by malicious parasitic robots that were released through the disintegrated parts of Ellea that had just hit earth. Humanity’s greatest weapon and hope turning into humanity’s greatest fear, Ed is left with a fatal mission to protect Milo and Kira.

While Milo and Ed hurry back to their spaceship, they watch the breathtaking sight of disintegrated parts of Ellea heading towards earth, causing irrevocable mass destruction.
